1.) How did God call you to be a missionary?

God's calling on his life was a gradual one. He has felt called to the ministry since highschool; however, he did not feel called to be a pastor. He felt God was calling him to something else. He was attracted to NYU by a letter he recieved from them and soon fell in love with the city. There he got connected with a church and saw the needs of the city.

2.) What are some missions you have done?

He started Graffiti 2 in Brooklynn and has worked in other Graffiti churches. He has also worked at a ministry in Chicago.

3.) How did you know it was time to move on to the next stage in your life?

When he became unsettled with where he was, he knew it was time to move to the next thing God had for him.

4.) If you knew then what you know now, what would you do differently?

Don't take everything so seriously. Remember to have fun.

5.) What kind of education do you have that equips you to be a missionary?

He does not have a typical education for church work. He has a music degree from NYU and then he got a theology degree from Welton.

Different gifts at different times. Administrative, pastoral, and compassion.
7.) Who did God put in your life to equip you?

The pastor of the Graffiti in Manhatton helped him to get involved.

8.) What are some needs that you see?

There are many communities in need. We need people to shine a light on these communities.

Mercy Streets by Taylor Field. Let Your Life Speak by Parker Palmer. Practice of the Presence of God by Brother Lawrence.

10.) What would you do if you were taking this course?

I'm on the right path. Remember to get different perspectives.
